This is a report on Farmgate Area of Dhaka. Where an MRT station is being set up destroying a park and already caused demise to a 100 year old heritage building. This station will was designed with very little consideration about Dhaka's ever decaying green space and the local context of Farmgate. This report contains the problems that can occur with the establishment of this MRT station and also shows how an alternate site could be the key to avoid such problems.
