This project is a submission for a national level professional competition in Bangladesh hosted by Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB) & Build Bangladesh. I worked as a team member of Team SAA for this project and the project was awarded "Special Mention" among 90+ submission by renowned architectural firms in the country. The aim was to design a housing of 100 units (for 250 people) in Dholpur, Savar, Dhaka. The target client bases is basically RMG workers and laborers with monthly household income of 30000-50000 BDT (350-600 USD). Here a community living space is designed to suit the specific needs assigned by the competition briefing.
